Road noise at night from traffic very loud. Kareoke noise Saturday nights /into Sunday kept us awake til 5am . Be aware reception is not 24 hrs so getting back your deposit difficult/impossible out of reception hours. Wifi poor speed and variable.

Place was ok . My internet didn’t worked and the guy at the reception lied to me … after a few attempts to fix it they decided to change my room .. bathroom was dirty . Pool area was ok but the water in the pool very dirty you swim into very greasy water Receptionist very rude no sense of costumer service at all. I am glad I stayed there only for 2 nights as I moved to a better location …

Appalling condition rooms, avoid at all costs.

Checking in process took ages as the staff at the reception are very slow, assuming they are at the desk. Communication was not very good as they seem to have not understood a lot of things or need constant repeating. Rooms themselves were not very good at all, they were in a state of disrepair with broken furniture and led lightings, nothing like those on the advertised pictures. The cooking utensils were in appaling condition. After complaining about the first room that had a broken sofa bed we were moved to a new room, however this room on closer inspection we found was infested with bugs. Asked the staff to do a deep clean while we were out for the day, but nothing was done, other then being promised that it would be done the following day. Unfortunately my children were petrified of the bugs as they were pretty much on all surface and walls. So we had to check out 3 nights early. Waiting for Hotels.com to give us our refund for the unused nights now.

Management is terrible. Needs improving. Booked this through Expedia. Tried communicating with them through Expedia and called them numerous times but no response. When I first got into the room, sheets and towels were dirty. They also stated that if you stay more than 7 days you will get free cleaning which I never did. I stayed for 10 days and cleaning was never offered to me. Cockroaches, bed bugs, and insects were in the room. Staff at the front desk were not helpful at all and kept arguing with me. I will never come back here again.

Rubbish property to stay at, I would not recommend it: 1) Staff communication was not great, they didnt understand much English. 2) Toilet seat was broken 3) Every time we entered the bathroom / toilet, there was a terrible smell coming from the drainage 4) Kitchen light was not working 5) Bathroom & bedroom window locks were broken 6) No one came to service the apartment in 6 days that we stayed there 7) No management, only front desk staff are running this place. 8) Photos that are shown online are not real, false advertising 9) Area around the building is poor locality 10) There were no utensils in the kitchen, just one vessel which was already burned. 11) We had to take our own rubbish in a plastic bag, and take it to a room full of rubbish bins & throw it there. 12) This can be a residence building, but not as a hotel

If I could give zero stars, I would. We traveled from the USA with a group of eight guests. Our booking clearly stated a 2-bedroom suite with four queen beds. However, when we arrived, each bedroom had only one queen bed and there was a futon in the living area. That is not what we reserved. Each room had only one comforter and two towels. I had to call the front desk and argue just to get four additional towels so everyone could have one, along with extra sheets and a comforter for the futon. This should not have required a debate. We were also informed that housekeeping does not clean daily, trash is not collected daily, and towels can only be changed after two days. For a group of eight guests, this is unacceptable. The room itself was outdated and not very clean. The bathroom had visible mold around the sink area, and the furniture looked worn and old. The front desk receptionist, Nasha, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her attitude was dismissive and inappropriate for someone working in guest relations. The pool looked nice, but despite only a light drizzle, security would not allow us to swim. This was very disappointing, especially since it was not storming. The only positive aspect of our stay was the breakfast. Overall, this hotel looks much better in photos than in reality — the pictures must be from many years ago. I will not return and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

良いアパートメントホテルです。 2週間泊まりました。 長期滞在の方には良いと思います。 何より安い！ この広さと便利さでこの値段はびっくりです。 キッチンの換気扇が動かなくてフロントに直すか部屋を変えてもらう様に頼んだのですがダメでした。 でも使えなくても、窓も開くし、そこそこの料理はできるので問題ないと言えばないです。 少しお湯の出が弱いです。 シャワーしかないですが電気式なので長くは使えません。 シャワー室との壁やシャワーカーテンがなかったので、シャワー使用時にはトイレ周りまで水が飛びます。 カードキーは一つしかもらえず、エレベーターはカードキーがないと指定の場所に止まらないので多少不便ですが、部屋の入り口は暗証番号だったので、慣れました。 掃除は1週間に一回しかなく後は有料です。 ただ洗濯機があるので自分でシーツ等は洗えます。 洗濯機に乾燥機が付いてないのが残念でした。 部屋が広いので部屋に干せるし、すぐ近くにコインランドリーがありますので、特に不便はないですが。 なんにせよコスパは最高です。

Attention à vos caution

Faire attention à votre caution l'appartement et donner dans un un bonne état en 3 jours le ménage n'a jamais étais fait,pas de renouvellement de serviettes, et ne ramasse pas les poubelles. donc pas de service de chambre puis le jours de mon départ on m'a fait attendre 10min que une personne inspecte l'appartement n'ayant rien trouver que des tâche sur le draps on m'a pris 100rm se qui fait cher le nettoyage de la housse de couette. Quartier au alentours très sales. A proximité des transports mais attention très difficile en poussette ou en chaise roulante. Pas d'ascenseur et escalator ne fonctionne pas .
