Service was excellent from the reception to restaurant but i would like to address especially the kindness of the concierge who was absolutely amazing and helped at any moment of our trip. He is the reason i am writing this review since he has done his work brilliantly and exceeded our expectations in all senses."
"Excellent breakfast variety. Front desk staff are well trained and super helpful. New-ish hotel. Free afternoon tea spread came in handy on rainy days. Special mention to 王姬 for serving us even after we walked in after 5pm closing time. Tour agent at front desk proved most useful. Got Xian Museum ( chinese) guided tour and Tuo Ling camel show ticket at awesome price. "
"The hotel shouldn't be rated at 5 stars. I gave it maximum 3.5 stars. The worst thing is about the cleanness wasn't qualified. The carpet was old and smelly. The size of room and bed was small. Location is surrounded with high level shopping mall. Because hotel is situated in high traffic area while the front of hotel build just face to main road so, it was quite noisy and dusty."

Big problem is that no one speaks english AT ALL. Not even few words. It's really hard for a basic communication and it' COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE for a.high level hotel like a Crowne Plaza"
