"One of the finest and wonderful and contemporary hotel we ever stayed in all aspects. Hotel features modern and brand new look, modern and elegant furnishing and very neat and clean amenities. Room décor, bed and everything was quality and perfect and bath room was amazing. Staff was extremely helpful and co-operative and the words like no or not possible was not in their dictionary. Concierge staff went out of the way to help us on our very 1st day on this new land for us, China and especially when we don't know a single word of Chinese language. Sorry I forgot the names of boys who really helped us a lot for almost every thing we asked whether about getting around, dining outside, about city and much more."

"First room offered had terrible smell of foul water but staff quickly changed rooms. Breakfast is very limited, only 1.5 hours and poor selection available - food not replenished so get there early or nothing available. No airport transfer available despite this being advertised."

"Firstly I didn’t realise there were no windows in the room (my mistake) tried to move but the staff very unhelpful, hotel is very dirty our room stank of cigarettes so the cleaners came up and sprayed air freshener I would rate this hotel as a poor two star at best. It is quite far out from the centre of the city (about 30 ish mins on the metro) and nothing to do in the local area. It reminded me of a seedy hookers hotel."

"Nice and clean. Staff members are very helpful and cooperative. The hotel amenities on Travelocity mentions free airport pickup. However the hotel charges to pick up from the airport. Drop-off to the airport was free. "
