Clean and comfortable stay in Baiyun

Very comfortable and clean rooms. The staff is very kind and polite and can speak English. Breakfast is very good. Always a good choice for business trip to Baiyun area.

Nice solution for business trip in Guangzhou

Good points: The average quality of room is good and its very clean. The Gym is very clean too. The sfaff is polite The breakfast is good. Bad points: - The food during lunch and evening is very bad, the buffet didn't deserve the cost. - There are no many restaurant close to the hotel - The sink with automatic opening system for the water (similar to public toilet) is very uncomfortable

Hilton quality, but too noisy

I am in a room at 13th floor and the noise from the street is as if it where in my room. There are sirens, cars beeping, some person talking with high volume music. The room is obviously at the high Hilton standard en all terms, but the bad quality of the windows makes it impossible to sleep here.

Originally was given a disabled room with a bathroom that was not ideal as water would have escaped the sink. I complained and asked another room and was offered another room that was smelling smoke although I booked non smoking room. Was then changed to a second floor room and was told I would be given a more comfortable higher room the next day however nobody from reception contacted me during my 4 nights stay.
