"We had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was really clean, modern and just lovely. The staff was great and eager to help. Their English is limited so download your Baidu Translate app before arriving in China. There is also a bunch of great little restaurants in the immediate neighborhood as well as a Bank of China close by. If anyone knows of a better translation app please let me know. "

"room was clean and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay especially when we had difficulty using Meituan for food delivery and luggage storage after we checked out. do note that even though the rooms are non-smoking rooms, there is still occasional smells coming from the exit staircase where our room was near. location is quite far from the shopping areas / attraction but location was quiet, not bustling noisy. also, even though we have 3 persons, housekeeping kept giving only 2 towels whenever they cleaned up the room and we had to request for an extra towel after every housekeeping. "
