"The views are spectacular. The staff is friendly and helpful. Love that each room has its own sauna. Take advantage of the restaurant for lunch or an early dinner. Managing the gondola timing is easy. And if you miss the lower gondola, there a taxis that can take you to the second stop. We had more than enough time to go to the city and make it back before the last gondola."

"The staff and location were great. There was a stream and cafe nearby, so it was perfect for a walk or a coffee break while soaking up the negative ions. "This hotel was a delight to stay for two nights. Staff were beyond friendly and helpful. The free shuttle to medeu was an excellent addition. The lodge itself was nice and clean, comfortable and the breakfast delivered to your room was a nice touch. We struggled to get the sauna working on the first night but this was fixed within minutes. The restaurant located on site whilst is aesthetically pleasing is not for everyone’s taste. Room serving options were good though. Overall an enjoyable stay and we would return. "
