"Un accueil au top, avec un personnel vraiment à l’écoute et de très bon conseil. Une personne a même pris le temps de nous accompagner pour trouver un taxi après notre séjour sur les îles. Je recommande vivement cet établissement, d’autant plus qu’il est situé tout près de l’embarcadère.
Mention spéciale également pour le restaurant, qui propose de très bons plats, aussi bien pour le dîner que pour le petit-déjeuner.
Seul point négatif : l’hôtel est un peu trop excentré, il n’y a donc pas de...

"L’hébergement était très calme, climatisé, à côté de la forêt et à 5 min de la plage. Pleins d’animaux dans le jardin.pas de moustiques. La literie très confortable. De nouvelles serviettes et bouteilles d’eau fournies chaque jour, un buffet pour petit dej copieux. C’était top et paradisiaque. "
"It was quite dissapointing that we were late for check-in, but there was not anyone from hotel staff that would have contacted us to keep in the touch. In fact, when we were about an hour journey to arrive at the hotel, the receptionist called to let us know that she'll be out of shift soon and will just leave the room key by the reception counter. I find this very rude as a customer to be treated this way. The hotel management itself should have a replacement staff for the shift changing time...
"What a great place to stay on Perhentian island (Greater)! A real gem. Location is perfect with 3 beaches in walking distance (one right next to the accommodation). We stayed in a seafront view family room and it was amazing waking up to the beautiful view. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfy beds, plenty of pillows, fridge, AC, a big fan on the ceiling. Big screen tv is connected to wifi so we were able to watch some of our favourite programs before bed. Spacious balcony - stepping out of it...
"La cama era cómoda pero la tienda en sí no. Nos llovió una noche y la tienda se llenó de agua. Se mojaron nuestras cosas. Hay poco espacio. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien: echaba aire congelado durante 5 minutos y hacia calor durante otros 15."
"De locatie van dit verblijf is ideaal. Vlakbij Long Beach en toch weg van het geluid van het strand. We hadden een kamer met fan. Daar moesten we even aan wennen, maar was uiteindelijk prima. We hebben het nooit te warm gehad. Het bed en de douche zijn eenvoudig, maar prima. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en als we vroegen om nieuw toiletpapier of een nieuwe handdoek, kregen we dat direct.
Ik raad dit verblijf vooral om de perfecte locatie en de vriendelijkheid van het personeel erg aan!"
"Le personnel est très sympa et très serviable surtout Alan, et il cuisine vraiment bien.
La douche est vraiment pas terrible, l'eau coule très très doucement et le lavabo le robinet n'ai pas trop fixer et la porte coulissante est vraiment bien abîmée donc très difficile de fermer la porte.
