We had a wonderful five-night stay at the resort. The staff truly go above and beyond to make your stay memorable, and we felt so well looked after throughout our visit. It was the perfect balance of relaxation and exploring the island. Our room was clean, spacious and very comfortable, making it a lovely place to come back to after a day out. We would absolutely love to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the resort to our family and friends. Thank you for such a memorable stay!

Amazing

Amazing hotel with great location. Two beaches nearby, nice pool areas, and very friendly staff. Short walk to other parts of the island. The food is good, but not amazing and therefore quite overpriced. It's also a long waiting time to be served at the main restaurant. The staff is friendly, however sometimes seem a bit distant and not observant, but all in all, the service is very good. We went in beginning-middle of March, and the island is just starting to open, so the activities are a bit limited, especially if you go to Long beach (opposite side of the island from the hotel). The weather was also more rough on the other side, but on the hotel-side it was amazing. So, if you are going during the shoulder season, this hotel seems to be perfect!

The check in was smooth with welcoming. Friendly and helpful staff throughout the stay. Noor Hafizul, was extremely pleasant, and welcoming! He was extremely warm and helped us soo much with all the suggestions for the island and the hotel more broadly upon arrival. We were soo happy and impressed with the check in service offered by Noor Hafizul, thank you soo much! Farouk the hotel singer at dinner time created a very pleasant vibe and atmosphere, we really enjoyed the dinning experience, and having this live performance every night. The hotel itself has lovely beaches around it, with nice swimming facilities on site as well. The breakfast selection was also delightful! Room was as described, spacious and clean.

This is one of two expensive places on the small island. The other is about the same in price but just a motel with a better location. This property is many classes above all the others and a strong competitor for hotels and resorts anywhere. The only issue is that unless you want a full service restaurant there are no real options for just snacks.

The service was terrible. Not because the staff was not friendly (in contrary, every single one of them was superfriendly!) but there was simply not enough service staff for the entire hotel. This has led to countless frustrated moments, starting from check-in, continued with room cleaning, waiting for hours for a restaurant bill, … , until the very moment of unorganized leaving where we nearly missed our boat. What a pity!

This was a lovely, luxurious place to stay. Truly a 5* hotel. + Very clean everywhere + Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to help + Excellent amenities, especially the dive centre + Food was nice + Pools were great + Buggy service was useful + Good location for a variety of activities + WiFi coverage was excellent - On site retail could be improved - TV was unreliable (this didn't matter to us much) - No labelling of food allergens: The buffet at Dapur was nice however limited for Gluten Free travellers. They did not have GF pasta and could not make GF crepes. There also seemed to be a big lack of understanding regarding cross contamination/GF. When I asked on the first day what was suitable for me, a chef came out and pointed at a few dishes saying "maybe" and shrugging. I was pretty much left to guess. They did make me GF pancakes/waffles for breakfast however this took a long time to arrive. One chef (Mi?) was really good and actually told me I couldn't have the GF waffles due to cross contamination despite being given them the day before by a different person. I did get sick once after eating something that was "maybe" GF (it wasn't!) Overall, we enjoyed our stay

In dit geweldige hotel 4 nachten verbleven. Ik kan wel zeggen dat dit tot nu het beste hotel is waar ik verbleven ben. De locatie is perfect gelegen. Met 2 super mooie strandjes waar je zo vanaf het strand de prachtige vissen kunt zien, en zelfs mini haaitjes en roggen. De service en het personeel is zo goed en vriendelijk niets is teveel. De kamers liggen tegen een helling, maar je hoeft niet te lopen, er rijden golfkarretjes rond die je komen ophalen en wegbrengen op verzoek. De kamers zijn geweldig, heel mooi en compleet. Een grote badkamer met bad en douche. Heerlijk bed! Er is een koelkast, nespresso apparaat (iedere dag wordt de koffie e.d. weer aangevuld), drinkwaterautomaat (warm/koud), wekker, strijkijzer+plank, kluis, badjassen en slippers. Ook heerlijke douchegel, shampoo en conditioner in de badkamer.

4 bis 5 Nächte sind empfehlenswert. Die Anlage ist top. Die Insel hat ebenfalls viel zu bieten und kann mittels Booten ab Long Beach (ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß) auch auf eigene Faust günstiger erkundet werden. Ich empfehle aber mindestens einen Ausflug mit dem Boot des hoteleigenen Tauch Centers. Der schönste Beach zum Schnorcheln ist aber fast Romantic Beach; der direkt an das Hotel angrenzt. Siehe angehängte Bilder. Man muss lediglich 20 Meter rausschwimmen und sieht wunderbare Riffs. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, auch zu den Kindern. Der Kids Club ist groß - war aber als wir da waren meist leer. Vielleicht bei Regen besser besucht. Wer weniger Geld ausgeben will kann im Rosemarie Restaurant nebenan günstig und gut essen. Auch Long Beach bietet viel Auswahl und für Jugendliche ein tolles Erlebnis. Auf dem Weg dorthin haben wir Varane gesehen in der Wildnis gesehen. Ebenfalls ein Highlight
