"This was my second time staying at Geronimo’s guest house and if I come back to Lisbon, I will absolutely stay again. The guest house feels like a home away from home. The room was incredibly spacious, the bed super comfortable, and great shower. Lots of closet space for an extended stay. I was here for a work conference and it was perfect. Right next to the bus/tram stop and could walk to Pastel de Belem in the morning for a nata without the crowds :)"

"Staff are nice. Fantastic breakfast!.. Great location away from the Lisbon buzz. Onsite parking is plentiful and cheap!.. Very close to the airport — important factor especially that traffic is bad by 8 am and after 3 pm (though depending on which direction you are going)… We had a wonderful stay!"

"The room was clean and tidy, it was small but perfect for what we needed which was a comfy and clean bed to sleep in. Sharing a bathroom was not bad at all, we only shared with one other room. We never saw them even use the bathroom. It was extremely clean for being a shared bathroom. The shower was small but to be expected. Overall our stay was great! Easy to check in and located in a quiet and safe neighborhood walking distance from Belem."

So might book it again, now I know where the apartment is and how the check in is working. But are waiting to see if the 250 euro deposits is coming back.
