I booked a private room whith bathroom and breakfast included, we ended in a dormitory with shared bathrooms, also breakfast was not an option. The place is dirty, dust in every corner and empty bottles/plastic garbage left around in the rooms. The owners seem not to care much

False advertising, there is no parking for blocks for my car that we drove from the UK, it not safe families to stay because the door was broken we have to lock our stuff in lockers which are not secured to the wall, you can see in to toilets after you close the door, the kitchen is laundry and maintenance with materials/toilets/tools/etc and to top it after I paid they tell me if it gets full they will be putting a stranger in the room with me(widower),my son (16 yrs old) and my daughter (18 yrs old) because the room has bunk beds four. Which there is nice photos of double beds in the first couple of photos looking like a guest house but to find out that it a hostel. I refused to stay there and asked for my money back because it not acceptable and safe me and family to stay there. The manager paid me 9 of 10 days that I swapped on premises back after I protested. The manager said I must get in contact with Expedia to get £400 plus pounds back the online booking. Expedia sent back a email saying that they not paying me back. A big company like that with compassion.

Rugpijn

Bedden zijn een houten plaatje met een matras met ijzeren spiralen erin. Je moet overal bukken als je op de eerste verdieping zit vanwege schuin dak en de kamer is echt maar 3bij3 of 4bij4. Na 5 dagen echt last van onze rug. Ontbijt is niks tot echt minimaal. Echter, service was super goed, eigenaar heel vriendelijk en was er altijd om te helpen! Prijs/kwaliteit was opzich goed voor Lissabon. In porto krijg je meer voor deze prijs. Locatie is verder ook top, naast LX factory waar je super lekker uiteten kan!

Excellence service and very clean room ,bathroom. Especial service during the period of Covid-19 thats makes us everything comfortable and easier. We are very glad to stay there and will back to the lisbon again and stay in SwissLisbon Guest House.

Péssima experiência

1. Na reserva mencionava que tinhamos casa de banho privativa e quando lá chegamos não tínhamos. 2. O quarto era completamente minúsculo, era quase impossível duas pessoas mexerem-se lá dentro. Já para não falar que o tecto era inclinado e estávamos sempre a bater com a cabeça. A cama também era minúscula. 3. A casa de banho também era bastante pequena, não estava indicado qual era a dos homens e a das mulheres e quando estravamos, devido ao tecto inclinado, o espelho do lavatório ficava-me pela cintura. 3. A mini janela do quarto não fechava bem, o que fazia com que entrasse bastante frio e barulho da rua. 4. A pior parte mesmo foi o constante barulho que os senhores responsáveis por este estabelecimento fizeram a noite toda. Falavam super alto uns com os outros, falavam ao telefone (em altifalante), batiam com portas, subiam e desciam escadas. Não desligaram a luz bastante forte que vinha do corredor e entrava para o quarto, deixando a noite toda acessa. De manhã (8/9h) o barulho continuava. Em suma, acho que devia ser reembolsada por está péssima experiência.
