The room was clean and had all amenities as promised at the time of reservation. Great location, literally next to a bus/tram stop which was extremely helpful. The apartment building was clean and safe enough as well. Check-in and check-out process was simple and easy. One thing that was a little uncomfortable was the size of the bathroom and kitchenette especially the bathroom. The shower was really really small so having a shower in there was not fun. The kitchenette had enough storage space and supplies but the space was very limited to even pass through the area. Other than that the stay was very nice and comfortable. Other than

We enjoyed our stay, although this property is a little out the centre of town it was easy to get around and there was a lot of things to see and do with in the area around the apartment. The apartment itself had everything we needed and was quite comfortable for our stay

Very unique property. Excellent use of space but honestly, everything was small and tight. Missed not having any hotel representation on site. Luckily the cleaning staff were able to help u connect with the right people.

Pros: - apartment was clean - location was good (bus stop right infront of the building, only a few minutes walk to Lx-factory) Cons: - Communication about the Check-In was not good - we didn’t receive the information in time - after we called they sent us the check-in information via WhatsApp (aswell as the Check-In codes for two other apartments - after talking to some others there - we weren’t apparently not the only ones that happened to) - front door of the building was damaged - so that everyone could enter even without a code - apartment has a glass front and door - so that everyone can look in the lofts (you’ve only got transparent curtains) - bathroom is really small

We stayed 21 nights and enjoyed the apartment and Lisbon. Transfer of door codes by email at the airport worked well and the shuttle service was excellent. The apartment suited us well - cozy (a bit tight for some N. American standards), well equipped, and functional. Transportation to anywhere in Lisbon and beyond is very close by. The local neighbourhood was interesting, a bit run down in places but also worth exploring due to local ambiance, parks and hangouts frequented by local people. Grocery store is very close by. The apartment staff were friendly and very accommodating. When a small problem occurred 19 days into our stay, it was corrected immediately when we phoned. We will stay here again.

Very good apartment :)

The stay was good overall, we were told that the apartment was permanently closed so we got moved to another building. That was a fantastic upgrade and thank you again, the kitchen had enough cups, cutlery, and plates to accommodate 6 people. The only downside was trying to figure out the AC, the owners were very quick to respond and help but we still ended up having to reset the breaker 4-5 times during our stay. We also must say although being beside the tram line was convenient, it was aLao quite loud. Overall tho was absolutely wonderful, in a great location and great response time! Thank you very much

The property was premium and very clean, it had all the utilities I needed and the welcome care package was a nice treat. The apartment was of a high standard just as advertised and it did not disappoint. Modern furnishings and well kept. I would highly recommend.
