"We liked the property and how close it was to the train station, the rooftop pool and hot tub were great, it has 360° views of Beppu. The Onsen was great also and we used it regularly. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. It had washer/dryers that were constantly busy and In use and was difficult to get them free. Our room was decent but small, and the side of the bed had dust & hairs plus the bed headboard wall was stained with what looked like brown water stains. This should be easily fixed and not left as is. Other than that the hotel was good and I’d return if ever in Beppu again."

"Hotel is near Beppu train station, is clean and has plenty of toiletries at the hotel lobby, so you don’t have to bring your own toiletries if you’re not fussy. Breakfast is included and the spread is decent. Onsen is the best feature of this hotel; my husband and son went every night. Highly recommend this hotel. 👍"
