お部屋の古さは感じますが、お手洗いもエアコンも新しく快適でした。温泉もとっても良かったです。近くに飲食店やコンビニもあるので何不自由なく過ごせました。

立地も良く、中のフロントやカフェスペースが広くてよかった。宿泊者はさらに奥のキッチンスペースにあるダイニングエリアも使えるのがよかった。こちらにもソファがあるためのんびりできる。 温泉もちょうどいい大きさでリラックスするには十分！泉質もよかった。宿泊スペースも圧迫感もなく、マットレスも厚めで寝やすかった。 他の宿泊客の存在感もあまり感じないため、ストレスもなく過ごせた。

初日の出が見れる大変快適なゲストハウス

年末年始4人部屋トイレ共同に5泊させて頂きました。アメニティはありませんが、我が家はもともと旅行の時はシャンプーや歯ブラシなどの洗面セットは持参していますので、全くもんだはありません。タオルも小さいのを持参していましたが、チェックイン時にバスタオルを貸してくださりましたので、バスタオルはかさばるので持参していなかったのでありがたかったです。お洗濯をして帰るまで使わせて頂きました。ゲストハウスですが大浴場があり、毎日入りました。共同キッチンも清潔です。大きな冷蔵庫に食料をいれ、毎日便利に利用しました。 立地も大変よく空港バスの別府北浜停が、すぐ近くで、楽でした。お正月はすぐ横の海岸沿いに行き、初日の出を見ることができました。 スーパーはゆめタウンが歩いてすぐなので、食料の調達も困りません。大変快適な年末年始の家族旅行を過ごせました、またぜひ利用させて頂きます。

コスパ良く便利

古い旅館を改装した施設です。広い和室でトイレは共同のお部屋を利用しました。 フロントもきれいで、トイレや温泉も使いやすいです。共同スペースで料理をつくって朝ごはん、晩御飯も食べるのが楽しいです。とても落ち着くコスパのいい宿です。

We stayed here for a night in a private room. The area is very well located - this was the biggest advantage. Amenities are limited compared to other hotels that I've stayed in..e.g. slippers cost extra, only 1 towel complimentary per person per stay, etc. But overall, I had picked it for the convenience, and that goal was achieved. Will recommend for very short stays!

로비와 리셉션, 셀프식당은 완벽하게 깨끗하고 좋아요. 무엇보다 작지만 온천탕이 있어 너무 좋았고, 객실 화장실에 비데가 있어 좋았어요. 단지.. 객실내 세면기 물이 잘안빠지고, 방에 바퀴벌레 한마리가 나와 잡았던건 조금 아쉬움.
