"Judy at the front desk was amazing. Her excellent customer service was such a relief after a terrible experience down the street. She really saved the night."

"The staff were all very accommodating and the property is very clean."

"The rooms were lovely, food good, and staff helpful. Location was perfect!"

"This was a great location right across from the Embarcadero. I stayed in a king bed room with Ferry bldg view which had a beautiful view of the Bay Bridge. The room was comfortable yet small with a descent size bathroom. The hotel was very nice and front desk was pleasant. I would stay here again."
