Some wear and tear on the rooms but nothing major. Would recommend better signage on street to locate the property, would also say that a 4pm check in is steep, but not the end of the world. Would recommend. "

Every single member of staff we encountered from the valet team, the luggage transporters, reception staff & breakfast staff were remarkably kind, fun and friendly as well as helpful. This is the BEST hotel we have ever stayed in our lives… and we have stayed in many fancy and expensive hotels during our lives and this one beats them all. Do not book anywhere else for your stay. As a family of three we are sad we didn’t stay the whole week for our trip. We will back. Well done to EVERYONE. 10/10 for everything. Merci!!!!!!! "
