Check in was easily online but had to keep to the 3pm time slot. Luggage was keep in the storage facility so perfect. Breakfast was lovely & great location. Rooms were small but ample for making this hotel a good base in Marseille city centre & only a 9-12 minute walk from the bus/train station.

Awesome location with super friendly and helpful staff. The hotel itself is a little run down and breakfast was a challenge with the limited seating. Despite this I would happily stay again.

Okay hotel in a convenient central location. Rooms were quiet but not particularly clean. The filtered water was a nice touch. Unfortunately when we arrived we did not have the best experience with Theo at reception. We were told that there was "no reservation under that name". When I said it was booked on Expedia and showed the booking confirmation, and the email I'd received from the hotel the day before, he somehow managed to find the booking, but said that it "hadn't been paid for" (when it had). He was then incredibly rude and told us that if we had an issue we could find another hotel. I have no idea why he was so stand offish with us, or why he said that we had not paid. It really was not a very pleasant first impression of the hotel.

Great value with very friendly staff and clean room. TV internet (eg. Netflix) did not work and hot water took 10 minutes to get going were my own 2 complaints, otherwise great place for 1-2 nights.

Good location

Very good location, walking distance from the Vieux Port. But this also the neighborhood isn’t quiet. Staff is very nice and helpful. The room was small but was fine for a short stay. Breakfast was also good.

Very comfortable rooms, comfy beds. The front desk staff were always lovely and greeted us and chatted every time. Lovely people. The hotel is about a 5 min walk to the Port and all the restaurants and cafes. Breakfast was perfect but we aren’t big eaters so my opinion may be biased.

Good location

We had a few days in Marseille with our adult grandson. This hotel is well placed for the old port (Vieux port) area and all the eateries along it, plus a couple of museums. The hotel does offer breakfast ,which we didn't try, but it seemed popular. Tea/coffee is available free at any time. Our room was pretty comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, but I'm not sure if the front desk is manned 24 hours.

Hotel’s stuffs are incredibly helpful and kind, location is okey for Marseille but you should’t go back streets of hotel. Hair drying machine was not working even the season is winter this is not nice. You should take coffee, water and tea from the breakfast room this is great

The hotel is nice and the staff was friendly. While the location was near many sites, that entire area is dirty, loud and felt unsafe especially at night. I was very disappointed with the inaccuracy of the reviews that said it was in a great location but understand opinions are totally subjective. If you’re a female solo traveling, I recommend you look elsewhere. Again, the hotel itself and staff were nice but the location is terrible.

The hotel was very nice and friendly. Unfortunately I got robbed by the hotel entrance door on entering the hotel early Saturday morning. Be aware there are wallet snatchers in the area on foot and moped. Having said that, the security guard was excellent in calling the police and walking me to the police station. The hotel staff were very apologetic and offered to help in lots of ways.. I cannot thank them enough. Please be aware of guys talking to you on approach to the hotel. They wait for you to take your room key out of your wallet and then they snatch it and run off then jump on their mates moped and speed off
