"We had a wonderful stay and the staff were incredibly accommodating. They were so helpful in arranging an early check-in for us and even found a room where we could get ready before attending a wedding, which made the whole day much less stressful. Everyone was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We really appreciated the excellent service and would happily stay here again."

Room upgrade didn’t occur despite the hotel being empty and having availability on their website. Emailed the hotel through Expedia app (replying to the message they sent me) asking questions. That was ignored and not responded to. Dinner food quality was poor considering my the level they quote themselves to be at and prices charged. Ice cream for dessert clearly suffering from freezer burn...

"It’s an airport hotel with people arriving at all times of day and night you would imagine, we did arrive early 1330 ish and was told a room might be available in half an hour, fair enough but they told that to every one that arrived after us and then at 1500 announced rooms ready hence big rich and crush with one staff member on duty for both hotels chaos"

We had a child of 8 with us so it was a bit unfair on him. The bathroom had no fascia on the shower temp control and there was mould on the ceiling. "The hotel was advertised as pet friendly on Expedia, charging £20 per stay for a dog. I was surprised to be messaged by the management a week before my stay (even though I've booked 3 weeks prior) informing me that I will be charged £30 per night for my dog. I'm glad to say they did honour the advert content and charged me £20 in the end.
