"Stayed at Brockencote in early September 2026. It was a very enjoyable visit. "Usual high standard. No issues."

"The wifi is terrible and I had to move rooms so I could get a signal which was still on 1 bar. The hotel is in a blind spot for EE also so my phone signal was non existent."

"This place was amazing! It was very clean, quiet, and easy to find. We had no issues at all and really enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again!"

"very nice, clean and new"

"The staff very friendly, rooms large 2 x double beds. Superb breakfast. Very close new street station. Highly recommended"

"Honestly I just spent 3 days in that hotel and if there was a word better than flawless and amazing I would use it. 10/10 and highly recommend."

"Spacious room and very comfortable bed!"

"Central location, easily walkable to most of the centre. Room was located opposite a club which was noisy until early hours of the morning. Bedding didn't or wasn't fitted properly. One side of the lifts out of service. But otherwise room was fine, clean, good tea & coffee selection."
