Clean room but needs refurbishing like painting in the toilet/shower and doors. Staff are courteous as always. Amenities are ample. I like the sauna. I am disabled and the staff in the pool area approached and said they can help me get in the pool if I like to. They said I could get in the sauna in the wheelchair which I did and the people inside were all friendly.

Great stay at The Village, in the area visiting relatives and the hotel was perfect. Traveled from U.S and we were very tired after a long trip. Check in was super easy and friendly, shout out to Kieran who made it quick and simple. Breakfast was good, staff helpful and bed comfortable. Will be back when in the area again

The hotel had comfy beds and a decent breakfast. The staff were very helpful. The one down side was the rave music that was blasting out from what I assume was the gym downstairs at about 9am.
