"We used this property after a two week trip around France and western Germany for a one night stop before hitting Cite Europe in Calais. We were very pleasantly surprised at its convenience. We did stay on a Sunday which of course means that a lot of restaurants are closed, however the staff recommended a local establishment in the adjacent retail park called Lencart which is a make your own pizza and pasta place. "Check-in process was difficult as reception closes at 6;30 pm. We were unaware of this and the instructions for accessing the property after that hour were not clearly indicated. We were able to reach the person in charge of reception by telephone and Vincent resolved the situation quickly. He also discussed ways of improving communication with us the following day.
