"Super clean room, sheets and towels were all super white. Beautiful pool and gym. Restaurant on site had good food and drinks. Coco Bongo and bravo grocery store were right across the street. Excellent customer service. Definitely recommend and I will be returning. "

"The staff was very nice. The rooms were also very nice. Most of the food was very good. There were a lot of options of where to hang out. They did a great job of cleaning the beach every morning. We stayed in a swim out room facing the pool and it was great. Only real complaint is the pools are not heated and were quite cold."

"The room was wonderful. We were upgraded to a suite and had so much space. The drinks were great and the food was better than I anticipated after reading some of the other reviews. Service was good too. I felt like everyone really put in the effort. My only ick was the timeshare guys set up by the coffee shop. They did take no, but I still had to explain myself, which is exhausting first thing in the morning when I just want coffee."

Some helpful feedback is that the shuttle was handy but since there were 2 different loops, it was always confusing to riders which one they should get on, meaning only by asking the driver would you know.. no sign on it. We would go back!"

"Staff were all very helpful, happy, and knowledgeable. Very clean facilities and our swim up pool is something I will miss a lot. The La Pearla bar in the adults only section was amazing and our bartenders (Domingo and Jhoanny) were the absolute best. Beautiful property and beach. All of the À la carte restaurants exceeded my expectations on all levels. Pro tip for others would be to get to the beach between 6-8 am in order to secure a spot. We will surely come back in the future. "
