No hot water one morning, when reported to front desk, clerk Hacell asked me if I knew how to use the faucet. I put him in his place. Room is switched. "The staff was very friendly and respectful, with good recommendations of where to go. The locations is fairly central, but you need to take short uber drives to most places. About a 3 minute Uber to a lovely shopping mall,restaurant and clubs. About 15 mins to the beach. The indoor green space reminded me a lot of Spanish Architecture. "The whole experience was horrible, different hotel name, hard to find, room nothing like shown on the Expedia website, completely dirty from pool to room, rat feces bathroom disgusting. We have requested a refund as the place was completely a scam. Please acknowledge and proceed with refund. We had to book another hopt which turned out to be ridiculously expensive as we were already here. We are very disappointed as we regularly book with Expedia."
