"Brand new B&B in a small mountain town. Excellent facility - extremely clean and organized. Check-in was a breeze. Outside deck area for breakfast in the morning was perfect. A brother and sister own the place together and they are very accommodating and helpful. The town is very small (the road directly in front of the B&B is two way, but really only fits one car at a time so it is a bit of a challenge) but is well located to visit Lake Como or Lugano close by,"

"Ansatte som va"

"Das Zimmer war klein, aber sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das Bett an sich ist beispielsweise immer noch sehr komfortabel. Das Personal war stets sehr aufmerksam und bemüht, uns alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Das Frühstück war von der Auswahl her sehr begrenzt jedoch war gefühlt für jeden etwas dabei. "The front desk staff were very busy checking-in people because of the on going conference with almost 700 attendees and and there were only 2 two them, the hotel did not provide additional staff to assist them."

"Large clean room, great location and fabulous breakfast offering at a local restaurant 50 yards away."

"Excellent place to stay! Great service from the owners. Wonderful breakfast, clean modern rooms. Great attention to detail"

"The property was well maintained and in a central location but the rooms are small. Our room had a terrace facing the breakfast area. After 3am it became very noisy and smelly with the breakfast preparation. The staff were very helpful."

"Couldn’t fault anything perfect location helpful staff and lovely quirky room"

"Very old building but perfectly fine if you don’t believe in ghosts"

"The hotel is centrally located with the lake, restaurants, tramway and lake ferries within walking distance. The hotel does not offer onsite parking but there is a public parking lot about 10 minutes away walking. The hotel is older with basic accommodations and does not offer breakfast, but our room was clean and had coffee, tea, water and pastries provided. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accomodating."

"This property well exceeded our expectations"

"Very helpful staff and great breakfast"
