"We loved staying in this hotel with its unique history and beautiful decor. It is a special place in a wonderful location and we had fabulous views from our balcony. The walk to Morcote took under 30 minutes with lovely views but you need to wear trainers as the path is uneven. We also enjoyed walking to the castle through the vineyards and exploring lake Lugano by bus and boat. We tended to get Uber taxi’s back up to to hotel as it was a steep climb ( cost 18CHF) "

"Absolutely loved this apartment. We were on the 3rd floor which was fine because it has a lift. Our apartment overlooked the pool. The apartment was very modern, very clean and very comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities were provided. Breakfast was lovely with many choices to be had and the staff were all very welcoming. Highly recommend."
