Phantastischer Ausblick

Sehr freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption. Tolles Team beim Abendessen. Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß mit dem aufmerksamen Personal. Das Team beim Frühstück bedarf Nachschulungen hinsichtlich Tische abräumen, Getränke und Essen Auffüllung sowie Freundlichkeit. Der Ausblick vom Hotel ist grandios, wenn nicht sogar einmalig.

Die Unterkunft isch schön gelegen wenn man mal dort ist. Die Strasse ist sehr eng und in schlechtem Zustand. Unterkunft ist sehr abgeschieden. Ideal zum erholen. Zustand des Hotel ist eher in die Jahre gekommen und daher den Preis nicht wert.

Hotel super calme avec jolie spa .accueil sympathique. Par contre si la carte du restaurant était super bonne. Les serveurs était totalement inqualifier et devraient etre formé. Genre pas capable de nous réserver la table demander. Commande une bouteille de vin 🍷la pose sur la table sans dégustation .ne rapporte pas de pain .pour le petit-déjeuner c est les clients qui doivent.x aller mettre leur table eux même..chercher serviette et couverts. Pendant que les serveurs tournent sans savoi quoi faire. Parle anglais mais ne se donne mais pas la peine de parler en italien .service a revoir car déplorable. Vue le prix .je pense que le service doit êtres top.mieux servie au restaurant du téléphérique à 1kl a pieds

Quiet hotel with amazing views

Good hotel located on top of the Monte San Giorgio hill overlooking the lake of Lugano. Very quiet surroundings with great views. Good Spa infrastructure (basic) and excellent Massages available. The food was good in germ of price/value.
