"It was our second time staying at Ji Hotel Singapore. I love this place due to its convenient location, proximity to shopping district and main attractions and at the same time it is far enough from being constantly surrounded by tourists. The staff at the hotel was helpful but not intrusive, we were able to store our luggage before checking in and after checking out. The room was spotless clean and bed exceptionally good. "Excellent room and service. Breakfast was very nice. Mr. Mervin offered exceptional service for us through out our stay. The location of this hotel is prime.
The only remark is that the pillows have a strong smell. Please let your staff double check this.

"Had an amazing stay. Sound proofing is excellent, though cannot cut out the loud siren from emergency vehicles along the main road. Luckily our floor occupants are quite too. "
