This hotel was definitely a five star, the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were wonderful and extremely helpful with any questions or any requests that we had the location of the hotel is fantastic short walking distance to the Riverwalk and many restaurants and shops.

The hotel was clear and modern. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was right next to water front with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Additionally, the breakfast is really nice with an assortment of asian and western options. Only con is that the rooms were a little small for my liking, but that wasn’t significant compared to the pros. Had a lovely stay.

Overall great property. Lots of dining options in the neighborhood. Taxi drivers know where this hotel is so convenient for travelers too. Check in is on the 4th floor and you can take the elevator to go up.

Great experience overall. Staff is very helpful and forthcoming. Pool is really nice for lap swimming. Gym has all it needs. The room was small but had a nice view on the river, where one was able to watch the wildlife of thr river. Only minus point is that one cannot open any windows and due to the small room, clothes tend to dry very slow (wardrobe is next to the bathroom)

We recently spent 8 nights at InterContinental Hotels Singapore Robertson Quay and it exceeded all my expectations. The location is perfect – just a short walk from train stations, by the river side with attractions and restaurants. Check-in was seamless, with the front desk staff 'FARID'' being incredibly friendly and efficient. The room was spotless, modern, and comfortable. The continental breakfast was a highlight – fresh fruits, scrambled eggs, bacon, pastries, and even local juices with VERA and her team(young man that took our orders for eggs/omelets, wearing glasses with transparent frame and the coffee shop barista lady that draws hearts for my wife hot chocolate) making all your orders with perfection and always with a smile. The concierge 'DEBORAH'(and the drive way cricket player) was always there when we needed it. The manager 'VIN' made the overall service feel personalized and really elevated the experience.
