Hotel is nice, room clean and modern. Staff were all wonderful and extremely helpful. They were fantastic with my toddler. Bus stops and Metro stations close by, within 10-15 minutes walk. Rooms also have a filtered water tap to refill your bottles which was great and convenient

Some of the best hotel staff I’ve ever come across. The porters, housekeepers, check in staff, cafe staff and guest services. An incredible team of people doing exceptional work. Special shout out to the wonderful Ryan Radziahputera who planned my whole 6 day itinerary for me - truly top tier service. Cheers to Porter, PJ, for his help. Absolutely can’t fault this place for convenience and service.

The Pullman was absolutely perfect in everyway! The rooms were spotless. Each and every staff member were professional, Kind , warm and friendly. Amanda, decorated my daughters room with balloons, flowers, a personalised card, a soft toy and confetti in 18 shape on my daughters bed along with free breakfast every day for my daughters 18th birthday. Very Generous!!!! The location is brilliant! Thankyou to all the Pullman staff we will be back!!!

Really lovely hotel and staff, pool area was clean and accessible. Buffet breakfast was amazing with so many options. We had an issue with the electricity in our room but the staff were quick to act and helped us with with transportation to the airport for the inconvenience.

Great location, very central. Room was pretty small but view was great. Nice atmosphere, staff friendly and decor attractive. Only small negative - problems with housekeeping ie wiaited over an hour for an icebucket and had to ring again, coffee supplies not replenished properly. Other than that will stay again

Excellent hotel

Excellent hotel, well placed and very convenient for getting around the city. Great swimming pools and fantastic view from the roof pool. Very good breakfast choices. All the staff were friendly and helpful, would definitely stay here again.
