Staff were excellent. Room showed signs of wear - cracked ipad screen, loose plug socket by bed. TV service was not great. Intermittent signal and 4 days with only 1 or 2 channels. Location great. Excellent coffee. A glass in the room would have been good

Very modern reception and downstairs area, lift is tiny, can only take 1 person with luggage at a time.. the room.. also tiny, good for 1 person but for 2 not so good. Very dated and small room, the bathroom was larger than expected ...
