"Everything ok with the room, and the customer service ok but the hotel has a lot of hidden fees and they don't tell you until you check out, you see extra charges on your card and also they don't send you a receipt to see what are those charges you call them and they tell you what are those charges but never sent you the receipt."

"We stayed at the royal sonesta July 2026 for 5 days. The whole duration of the stay they had elevator problems. I have mobility issues and we reserved an ocean view room which was on the 16th floor. The 3rd day of our stay we had to leave early for an excursion and we had to come down the stairs 16 flights because the elevators were not working. Later that day waiting for the elevators to go up took so long and the elevator cars were so packed . Our phone in the room was not working either we...

"The hotel was cute and clean. The private parking was extremely convenient. The only thing I did not like was the key. The key gave us access to the room but did not give access to the building. We had to ring the bell and wait to be buzzed in every time we came in and out. That was pretty awkward at night, I kept feeling like I was preparing myself for the walk of shame. Lol other than that all was good. I stayed 3 nights in total. Cool."
