Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Location was great and check in was easy and digital. The apartment was OK but both bedrooms are small and super dark, especially the master bedroom, no natural light at all. Also, there is only one AC in the living room and it was OK in October but I am sure in summertime it will be very hot in the bedrooms, especially master which is further away. Bathroom was OK and there is a washing machine, coffee maker and a dishwasher. Drain in the kitchen was almost clogged and some wall trims were disconnected and hanging in the living room. Late checkout was denied for 12pm and since checkout was at 11am, the cleaning person showed up just when we were leaving at 10:59am. The apartment was good overall with good location and the communication was good, maybe even a little excessive. Price was also good.
