Apartamento sem sacada mas com boa localização

Apartamento novo, bem localizado e muito limpo. A 3 quadras da estação do metrô. Dois quartos confortáveis com boas camas e roupas de cama de qualidade. Boa cozinha, bem equipada. Como ponto negativo cito a máquina de lavar roupas que não funcionou e a desagradável surpresa de ter alugado um apartamento com sacada e vista para a rua e descobrir na chegada que não existia sacada e nem vista. Ao contatar a administradora, fui informada que a foto da sacada era somente para ter uma referência, mas acredito que fotos que não condizem com a realidade do imóvel não deveria ser usada no anúncio.
