Everything was great from the way I was greeted my room was ready even though I was early. I had a great massages at their spa and one night I enjoyed listening to a local artist in the lobby. I will definitely return to this hotel.

Room and hotel were excellent and location was amazing right on the ramble. Only issue was the noise both from outside and inside. Could hear every door open/close could hear the lift moving up and down and could hear conversations from outside.

While Hotel 1898 is a nice property, I found the pool area to be quite a bit smaller than it appeared in the photos. I was also disappointed with the breakfast selection, as it was exactly the same every day of my stay. On a positive note, the room was kept clean and tidy throughout my visit.
