The hotels location is excellent and close to all the important amenities, the breakfast had loads of good food and choices and dinner was excellent, choices for vegetarian were very very limited although they did create a custom veggie for one of us, over all a pleasant stay.

Room was clean and had all the facilities that we needed. All staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was good and had enough selection for everyone to choose from. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar and the food there.

Good location close to the centre but nicely away so quiet at night. Easy walking distance to the Metro and main shopping centre. Roof top bar and pool were good to go back to after a full day or sight seeing.

Front desk staff could be more friendly . I have stayed more than once before and it was the the first thing I noticed . Still efficient but not really eager to help , not as polite and friendly as before . Housekeepers were fantastic though, Facility and location are still my favorites in Barcelona

We had one of the interior courtyard rooms. The bathroom was awkward. We arrived on a Thursday and found an invitation in our room for a wine and tapas reception that evening on the rooftop bar. We arrived and found that the space was being shared with a private reception as well and we were treated rudely by one of that events organizers. Left a sour taste to say the least. We left. IF you’re going to have a reception for your guests, don’t double book the space. The reception staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was clean enough and the sitting area was nice to have.
