I loved the location. Close to everything but not as close for it to be noisy and crowded. Metro stations close, about a 12-15 min walk to La Sagrada Familia, close to restaurants and coffee shops, elevator available, next door (literally) to Recinte Modernista de Sant Pau. Rooms are super clean, nice A/C and great team always available. They also help you coordinate transportation to wherever you need to go. Would definitely stay here again.

​We had a mixed experience staying at BCNstop Sagrada Familia. ​The Power Outage & Safety Concerns: During torrential rain in Barcelona, the power went out completely in our building for a full night. While weather disruptions are out of management's control, the property’s emergency response felt unsafe. The interior stairwells had no emergency backup lighting, leaving them pitch black. We felt completely trapped in our room and felt it was too dangerous to attempt navigating the dark stairs with our heavy luggage. ​The Relocation: The staff eventually relocated us the next day to their BCNstop Sant Pau location, which thankfully had working electricity. While we appreciated the move, the second apartment still required a visit from maintenance personnel during the day to fix the blinds. ​Location & Neighborhood: On a positive note, the location of BCNstop is fantastic. It sits in a lovely, quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance to Sagrada Família, Hospital de Sant Pau, and Glòries, with great local amenities nearby. ​Final Thoughts: The staff made an effort to resolve the situation by moving us, and the location is ideal for exploring the area. However, the property urgently needs proper emergency lighting in the stairwells to ensure guest safety during power disruptions and maybe invest in generators.

Property was ok, clean, beds were not the most comfortable. It is absolutely close to main attractions (Sant Pau Hospital, Sagrada Familia), we loved the proximity to stores, coffee shops!! Family friendly.

Staff was courteous, responses were fast. If you plan to use the kitchen you need to buy condiments, paper towels… You’re only provided with dishes, utensils, and pots. Place is walkable to La Sagrada Família, lots of eating and local markets. The elevator was out for two days, this was very inconvenient for me. Taxi and buses are within walking distance.

Property was in an excellent location, only a short walk to the Sagrada Familia. Lots of taxi's available if you need to go further. Casual dining options scattered around the hotel with lots of dining options available on the walk to the basilica. Best part is you can then dine with a view. Staff very responsive via email - when talking in person with staff they may not always be from BCN Stop - and were not as helpful or friendly.

Location is great for Segrada Familia (with lovely dining, dessert, coffees and ice cream just a few minutes away) and Metro stations in good distance for other tourist attractions, fruit and drink shops available nearby. We had a family room of four and whilst the room was clean and had ac, room cleaning available on request, the apartment was not very big or had much storage space. No safe to put valuables in but they do have a 24hour reception desk in the same building. This is a good apartment if your not going to stay inside for long lengths of time, we only slept there although beds and sofa bed are not comfortable to sleep on. Oh and only one mirror in bathroom for 4 females to share. Overall did the job for our first time stay for 7nights in Barcelona

Very clean and responsive property. There are two issues we faced. One- the apt was hot and we had to ask for a fan because the air conditioner was not able to cool down the entire space. Second- the beds were extremely uncomfortable. They weren’t real beds but roll on twin mattresses. The property needs to invest in overall amenities to make it more enjoyable. They were responsive but the solutions made it tolerable but not pleasant. If they invest then it would have a higher rating from me and I think other guests.

Amazing place very close to Familia Sagrada, walking distance, very safe and convenient. Great value for money we paid. I liked the cleanliness and convenience of amenities for a 2 day stay with Fridge, Stove, toaster, microwave and ease of concierge storage before of after check out process. Surprisingly found Sant Pau museum was also very close here and Carrefour store for quick grocery & milk. Highly recommended for short stays in Barcelona.

Chosen for a family of 4 and located well within walking distance of Basilica Sagrada Familia, this accommodation was close to a number of great places to eat and see. Beds were comfortable. WiFi available with some facilities including fridge/freezer, cooking/cutlery facilities and microwave. Easy access to public transport.
