Location was perfect and easy to get to anywhere. Hotel was spotless and staff very friendly. The only thing I would change is that they provide teaspoons and milk for tea/coffee and cups that fit the coffee machine. Enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely stay again and recommend

Great place

Excellent location. Room was small but met all expectations. Having luggage lockers and a comfortable lounge with bathrooms and showers was a treat for our early arrival when room was not ready.

The hotel is spotless.Highly recommend for that ,The cleaning team is the best. Apart of that is a bit noisy,but the WORST part is that they are turning off the A/C during the night. Is not specified on their website. Don't go there in the summer.

Comfortable hotel - stayed in a triple which was good for our purposes. Two twin beds together for my husband and me and then another twin bed for our daughter. Close to the metro and easy to get a taxi nearby as well. Seemed like a safe area and pretty centrally located.

The staff was amazing and very attentive. Two Metro lines stop just around the corner. My room windows were frosted because they faced a very small inner courtyard. The breakfast each day was large, varied and delicious.

On paper, the hotel is very good; the location is great, everything is clean, and the rooms are spacious enough. However, the stay ended up being an absolute nightmare. First up, the air conditioning: the room was very chilly, and the temperature could not be changed. If that were the only problem, we probably would've been ok. The bigger problem was that every sound from the busy streets and surrounding rooms could be heard loud and clear, making the room near impossible to sleep in, which I would consider to be the main use of a hotel room. We barely slept an hour during the entire night we stayed at the hotel, and were just happy that we only had to stay at the hotel for one night.
