We only stayed here for a overnight layover but it was great. The hotel provided airport transfers to and from and once we got to the hotel the check in was an easy process. In the morning they even provided us with to-go breakfasts since our flight was before their complimentary breakfast buffet started. I’d stay here again!

Great staff. Each time I plan a trip to Thailand, I will keep the Vismaya Suvarnabhumi Hotel in mind for at minimum a stay after arrival and before departure. The pool is nice and breakfast has enough variety to satisfy a majority of people. Only downside is the neighborhood gets a bit creepy after sundown. You can bypass this by driving, taking a GRAB car (Uber or Lyft), or their shuttle to and from the airport.

This was not up to Expedia standards. I actually had booked for 2 nights but switched hotels for the second night. The staff were very helpful but they didn’t have any hand and face towels. They brought me a floor mat for a hand towel. The AC didn’t work in my first room but they eventually gave me another room and that worked. The pool looked lovely but they had no rails on the steps to help get down and up the last step which was about 12 inches. The breakfast was ok but not as promised.

I enjoyed my stay at the Vismaya hotel. Upon arrival, the van took about 10 minutes to pick me up from the airport. I was kindly greeted and my bags were loaded for me. Once I made it to the hotel, the staff helped me up to my room to get settled. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was incredible and the staff were so kind! Will be visiting again.
