"Besides being in the perfect location, the staff were incredible! I had left my jewelry case in the room on departure which had thousands of dollars worth of jewelry in it. They returned it to me with absolutely nothing taken. We are so delighted at the honesty of the staff. Thankyou 😊"

"Great property in an excellent location! The room layout worked perfectly for our family of four. The beds were thoughtfully positioned on opposite sides of the bathroom area, which almost made it feel like two separate sleeping spaces. We also loved that the sink and mirror were outside of the shower/toilet area — it made getting ready much easier for everyone. The pool and hot tub area was smaller than expected, but honestly, it was perfect. The dry sauna and outdoor fire pit gave it a cozy Nordic spa vibe that we really enjoyed. We also appreciated the door warning system if the room door wasn’t fully closed — such a smart feature when traveling with kids. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was another huge plus — easy walking distance to shops and restaurants — and the free parking was a great bonus. We would absolutely stay here Again."

"The room was very dirty, there was hairs on the towels and the beds, we had to call and get someone to come change our sheets before we slept in the bed ! There was also sand in the bed and blood on the pillow cases I’m fairly certain the room wasn’t cleaned from the previous guest before us! There we spills on the surfaces. The parking was good. We tried to use the hot tub but the door wouldn’t open. The staff we barely seen as there is no front desk in this hotel you have to go next door to check in or out, the cleaner that came to change our sheets was very nice and understanding! Overall if the hotel was kept up on cleanliness I would stay here again, however because it was so dirty I would not return unless some changes have been made "

"Lovely hotel, can tell it’s older, but rooms have been updated are great! Spacious, clean, & comfortable! The front desk staff were fantastic! Special shout out to Mathieu (from France), he was so nice & funny too! Only stayed one night but would definitely return again when in Banff! "

"Lovely stay in Banff! The hot tub was incredible, the cave was very unique and the lights at night were the best part. We stayed in a superior room with balcony that overlooked Tunnel Mountain! Also great to be on top of Chilis. One of the best stays we’ve had in awhile! Plus free bus passes made getting to the attractions very easy. "

"Restaurant on site is amazing. All the staff I encountered were great and accommodating. Amenities were kind of on the meh side as I went to go use the gym and a couple of the machines would not power on also, the indoor hot tub was not working in the indoor pool. I have stayed here before and I will definitely stay here again, this is my second visit to the location. Thanks for everything!"
