"Nice property and love the wood burning fireplace!"

"The hotel is super cute and right in the center of town. I was worried about traffic noise (there's construction right outside) but they must have good windows because it was quiet. Breakfast is pretty good, a plus is that they use actual dishes, not creating lots of garbage. Overall a lovely stay, we'd come back. One thing to note is that the hotel parking is limited to vehicles under 6'5", but we were able to have our truck next door in a different garage that's up to 7'6", for free until 8am. Have a national park pass in your vehicle!"

"Hard to stay anywhere else in the future…The Moose was a new experience for me and I loved the stay. From the staff to the cleanliness of the hotel, the spa, roof top hot tubs with amazing views, to the Pacini restaurant. Everything was exceptional. The underground parking was easy to access, bright, and clean."

"Front counter staff were friendly and helpful. Cleanliness of the room wasn't good, especially the bathroom. No onsite parking for anything over 6 feet. Proximity to downtown Banff was fantastic. Overall 3/5."

"Best view ever from deluxe valley rooms. Close to highway. They have a common use hot tub. They even provide complimentary e-fatbikes, bear spray and other stuff. There is an in-house restaurant with high ratings. Even if you want to go to downtown for food, it’s only a few minutes drive. I tried uber eats pickup option and it worked. There was no delivery as no drivers were available at that time. Only issue i had was lack of an elevator for 2nd floor. As we had a baby with us, we had to carry a lot of stuff up. But it’s okay for the building’s age which is otherwise renovated aesthetically. The view up there was sublime. Toiletries were provided which said locally made and smells nice actually. I will book again here when i get a chance even though there is no complimentary breakfast. Such is the aura in the room and the outside views."

"Room was great, but the walls were very thin so heard everything from neighbours and outside. Hot pool was really cool. "

"Nice place, restaurant closes early but there is plenty around. Location is great and has underground parking which is nice."
