This is a room in a 2nd floor place (no elevator, narrow stairs) with air-conditioning, a comfortable bed and a private bathroom. "Hotel is a few steps away from the beach and rooms are spacious and clean...I was surprised they have a bathtub and fridge in the room, didnt expect that for the price i paid. But it was just inconvenient checking out from our room on the 3rd floor with all our baggages and without a lift."
