"This is my favourite hotels when I first arrive into Bangkok or need to be close to the airport. The staff are very helpful and friendly, the food is excellent and early check in makes it a great place to stay after flying for 14 hours. I stay here every time and highly recommend. Shuttle service is flawless."

"Wonderful location, very convenient to get around to. Also helpful that one of the major malls is right within the hotel location...basically you can walk into the mall from the hotel lobby side entrance itself. The breakfast had many options. Upon checking that we were vegetarian, their staff went the extra mile and especially ordered some more vegetarian options for the next morning's breakfast which was above and beyond. Thank you for the same!"
