"To management: Natalia helped me very competently to sort out a car/Airport shuttle that I had booked.
For the room: there's way too little surface area to unpack toiletries etc. The luggage rack is a pretty design, but not practical as it doesn't create a flat surface, being so close to the wall. The room was really small"

"This hotel is like a secret gem that you want to keep to yourself, except that wouldn’t be nice. The location is great for walking around and exploring Reykjavík, parking is free and the rooms are terrific. HP at the front desk is so nice and welcoming, and seems to always be there. If you’re tired, you can have an excellent bowl of soup in the lobby for dinner. Very comfortable hotel. I recommend it wholeheartedly."

"When you walk into the room the smell is pretty terrible. Musty, old, just overall bad odors. The bathroom shower was clogged, and you had to shower in ankle deep water until it was almost spilling over, shut off the water so it would drain, and then turn it on again so you could continue showering. front desk receptionist was very accommodating and super helpful. Lobby and halls give no bad impression of the smell or bathroom issue. We didn't have time to put in a complaint since we were only...
