I like the ambience at the hotel, the staff was very Accommodating and professional.
spent three days in room 10 Elvis‘s room was very enjoyable and very memorable
The owner of hotel is super helpful and his team also looks very happy and pleased to help us.Breakfast selection is ok but not worthy for 20 Euro (if you consider there is no hot dishes , you should request it) . If you have a heavy luggage, you should carry on a few stairs to up after that there is elevator . But it is not accesibble for disabled person . On the contrast, the owner helped me to carry my items to the room so that it wont be a problem to me. It is a very nice boutique hotel , very worth to stay in Bad Nauheim.
My friend and I stayed in the Elvis room and it was such an amazing experience! We were so glad it was left in nearly the same condition as 1958. It was truly a trip walking back in time and the feeling of being in the same place Elvis walked, and sat and slept, was very emotional and inspirational. The hotel itself is very beautiful, the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast was delicious and had a nice selection however it was a little bit pricey for our liking. We had it one of the mornings we stayed. It has an elevator which is great for getting upstairs and it has an old elevator from 1958 which is really cool. It's like a piece from a museum. The location is lovely across from a park, wooded area and Lake, and very close to everything downtown. We would definitely stay there again!
The room, as well as the bathroom, was spacious and quiet. We were pleasantly surprised when we found out the hotel had an elevator. There are several stairs to get to the elevator so this property is not disability-inclusive. Parking is atrocious! There are 4 small spots in front of the hotel. The driveway is not paved so every step taken raised dust/dirt and left the interior of the car completely dirty not to mention the shoes which also were left dirty. We booked through Expedia, but on the last day of our week spent at the hotel, the front desk receptionist said we owed €54 for taxes a soda and a bottle of water. Another man (receptionist?) came and said we owed €100 because the hotel charges €5 for parking each night. I'm not complaining about the charge, what I am complaining about is that nobody informed us that there would be a charge for parking even if you are a hotel guest. The receptionist then said Dolce, which is just down the road, charges €80 a day for parking! Laughable! We stayed at Dolce for a week at the beginning of our trip and didn't pay for parking. The room came with one bottle of water for the entire stay! Other hotels replenish water every day. The room alone was good everything else was below average and the staff is not at all customer friendly. If you are an Elvis fan, then get a drink here but stay at one of the other many great hotel options nearby that offer everything, as well as customer service.
Sehr freundliches Personal. Schönes großes Zimmer. Sauberes modernes Badezimmer.

This hotel definitely does NOT warrant the exceptional ratings posted online (by Elvis fans I suspect). It’s a 7/10 at best. Our room was large but dingy, likely not having had an update in decades. The building itself looks quite grandiose from the outside, however the interior is quite “worn”. The original elevator services some rooms but not all. Ours room had a winding staircase as the only access. Noise is another factor as you can easily hear fellow guests going up and down the stairs, right outside your door. On site parking is VERY limited and tight, not suitable for larger cars or anyone who is not a confident driver. Some street parking is available close by but can be hard to find depending on your arrival time. To summarize, spend your money elsewhere unless you’re a hard core Elvis fan seeking the experience.
We love it!!!

Verschiedene Steckdosen (1x Nachttisch) waren kaputt.
