"Breakfast is average and good parking facilities. Good food pub and eat but stay was terrible with boiling hot room stay they provided a single table fan for a family of four and the windows weren’t able to be opened with the smell off the dusty carpets overall can’t recommend for a family stay"

Ideas for improvement- larger fridge, the fridge is tiny - other than the free water that is provided you can’t fit anything more in there. Room was okay although the wooden blinds let light around the edges, and with a security light blazing all-night directly at our room (303), it was difficult to sleep. "Fabulous modern Miami themed hotel the beds are super comfortable and Aircon which is very much needed this weekend. The staff was so friendly and helpful proper service with a smile and all very engaging. Fabulous view of the sea and a gorgeous pool. My only criticism was filling the kettle in the modern sink difficult !"

"A lovely old grade 2 listed house. Excellent location for Poole Quay and harbour. Parking in visitor’s public car park just across the road. Overnight parking is very reasonable. David was a fabulous host with plenty of stories to tell and the house is full of interesting “stuff” that he has collected. Delicious breakfast cooked to order. Our room on the second floor was very small and hot, but the others are bigger. Best to ask David before you book. Would definitely stay again."
