The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast had a good variety with a generous spread. There is ample parking available, although parking is a paid feature. The location is also convenient, with several famous beach destinations just around a 10-minute drive away.

Great breakfast, can’t complain about the food quality and how it is refreshed regularly, staff very attentive and friendly. Room clean and comfortable. Would stay again if in the area. Only downside is the pedestrian access to leave the hotel and get to the town centre as the pavement ends around the corner and you walk across the road to a cinder path into the bus terminal, it’s like the hotel is isolated from town( a very American feel).

Have stayed at this hotel several times over the past few years and always get an excellent service. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is excellent, one of the best I've had for years. Poole is a great base to explore Dorset and Hampshire.The only downside of the hotel is that as the car park is run by a separate company you have to pay for parking which at £10 per day can mount up
