"It was a great place to stay, the staffs are very kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and well maintained, towels were changed if needed. Flat TV was working. Room was quiet, fan was provided. Breakfast was not great, full english was the only option, however lots of place to go nearby to eat. Parking was payable, but safe. The beach was very close, in walking distance. Definitely it was a great choice to stay!"

"Fabulous modern Miami themed hotel the beds are super comfortable and Aircon which is very much needed this weekend. The staff was so friendly and helpful proper service with a smile and all very engaging. Fabulous view of the sea and a gorgeous pool. My only criticism was filling the kettle in the modern sink difficult !"

"No breakfast available despite being listed as such. Previous reviews mention staff but there were none. Room was fairly clean and comfortable. Entry via key code which means the same code for the main door and the room door - has someone unlock my room when I was in it. Not very safe and very poor for the money. Would not recommend. "

"Was a lovely simple property in the heart of Bournemouth, only a few minutes walk from the town or the beach. Self check in/out was seamless and they offered a decent self-service breakfast. Room was clean with plenty of amenities."

"It was quite hot in the room without air con but they had kindly had the window open prior to my arrival. Lovely comfortable bed and staff nice and friendly."

"Room was small hot on road so noisy Shower was useless small hard to use etc etc For price paid larger room with a bath ? I sometimes think Expedia guest gets the worst room in the hotel? Maybe due to the price then it discounted their paying, but I’ve seen a change recently where hotels only use large websites but like a monopoly."

"My husband and I arrived at Brooklyn house on Friday 24the July. We had approx 2.5hrs drive. There was no one on reception to check us in at approx 6pm. After ringing bell twice I finally tracked Maxine down who came to check us in. No eye contact was made between Maxine and my husband just me and she seemed quite 'cold'. She showed us to our room after going through everything and also asked what time we would like breakfast the following morning. We got to breakfast at 9am and again...

"We booked a hotel rather than a just an apartment or room as we were expecting a serviced hotel as a treat and paid accordingly. There is no reception, no bar and no catering other than at the neighbouring property, just a 4 digit number supposedly to open the front door and room, it didn’t allow access to the room, which caused some anxiety. Fortunately someone answered the out of hours emergency number and was able to give us another pass code. The room was not serviced, nor were the tea/...

"I has problem was TV room wasn't work & staff come to fix was helpful. We did have breakfast was not too bad should more vegeration like cracker, biscusit , sausages. Porridge was ok would be done more cook smooth & balance. Clean room was ok , I notice has not clean the table & bed sheet was not tidy. Big room was nice , really suit to people who have wheelchair access to disabled . It would be nice if all rooms should have fridge ."
