"The location near the State Opera house is excellent with nearly all major attractions within easy walking distance. The room was clean and serviced daily. The beds were very comfortable and the room was remarkably quiet despite being in a busy area. Ver good coffee pods were provided and replenished daily. The staff were friendly although we had very little interaction with them."

"Great room& staff . Location is easy to walk to Underground . Lots of foods & goods."

"goood location and nice staff. However, the sign of the hotel is quite difficult to find. It should have more cleare sign on the first floor."

"The staff eventually addressed our concerns and moved us to a better room and provided good care. However, I still cannot comprehend the 4 star status that Expedia shows for it. In my view at best it is a 2 star property. It has extremely basic rooms and no amenities."

"Great location … staff very helpful room clean Love the breakfast This is a hidden Gem in the center of Vienna"

"シュテファン大聖堂からほど近くとても便利な場所にありますが、とても静か"
