"Loved this cute inn, in the heart of Hallstatt. I thought not having a private bathroom was going to be an issue but it was not. There are two showers and WC’s and we’re available when we needed them. Staff was super friendly and offered to help with our luggage. I don’t recommend bringing large suitcases as there are two flights of steep stairs. We ate a quick meal there when we arrived and before we left and were satisfied both time. "Clean and very spacious. Bed was very soft which I liked. Great location and the loft with the balcony was great to have. We stayed in the Maisonette room. Nothing negative to add at all."

"The entire experience was horrible. Difficult to find. No directions. The owner was outside before our check out and made it too uncomfortable for my family to pack and leave. The owner tried to leave an hour earlier than check out. I would never stay here and wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here. It was not worth the money."

"I arrived on 17.30 pm. I lost my phone last 2 days before arrive at the hotel. It was so problems. I used my friend phone to called the hotel. I was appreciated by them. They were helping to come for checked in for me . Because they sent the code for check in to me by email. The room was so cleaned and comfortable. I can see the lake closer. Unfortunately it was raining all day. But still so beautiful. I hope i will come back again. "
