"새로 지은지 얼마 안되는 깔끔한 호텔입니다. 같은 건물에 도미토리 형식의 호스텔도 있고 일반 호텔도 있습니다. 전 일반 호텔애 묶었고 아주 만족 핬습니다. 중앙역 기차 전철 모두 바로 옆에 있어서 접근성 좋고 전철/기차 이용하기 편리합니다. 주변 지역이 저녁에는 좀 위험할 수 있을것 같은데 저녁에 일찍 들어와서 쉬고 아침 일찍 나가기 아주 좋았습니다. 스태프도 친절하고 다시 머물 의향 100퍼센트 입니다."

"I enjoyed the short stay. Comfortable and clean room, good shower and heat and AC and a smart TV. I was able to walk with my suitcase to the train station. The neighborhood near the station is a bit gritty - so just take the usual precautions. There’s a bit of street noise during the day, but it quiets down at night. Naples is generally safe if you mind your surroundings."

"If you are looking for a room to spend the night it's alright, other than that they don't offer much. The room was alright and the indications were clear for the check in, but we were rushed for the check out."

"Convenient location for train station. Room looked great but had major ant problem. Noticed a couple in the bed and we went out for late night snack. Brought back a bit of food and woke up in the morning to our garbage and food being full of them. Broken shower head that sprays directly at drywall ceiling from rain head"

"This hotel meets the needs but that's about it. It was clean though not as convenient as they advertise. The shower is extremely slippery. The staff is not very friendly although they will suggest restaurants and call a cab when one is leaving for the airport. It is not a place to stay when visiting Naples, just a place to stay the night before a flight out. The neighborhood doesn't look like it but there are some good restaurants just down the street. There is a Catholic church on the next...

"We had a very friendly welcome on arrival. . Unfortunately we had to leave a few hours after we had checked in, due to lack of action regarding our broken toilet and the bed linen and towels were dirty, with dubious stains on the throws in the room. We have booked many inner city hotels through Expedia and this one was sadly below our expectations. "

"Lage: direkt seitlich vom Hauptbahnhof, die Züge haben wir nicht gehört, den Verkehr jedoch auch bei geschlossenem Fenster schon, die Versorgungslage ist sehr gut, Reinigung: es war grundlegend sauber, jedoch hatten wir an einem Tag ein absolut schmutziges Handtuch hingehangen bekommen und das Auffüllen von Toilettenpapier u. Hygienetütchen lief auch nicht wie man es sich wünscht, Frühstück: moderner Frühstücksraum ohne Flair, ohne Tageslicht, viel Kuchen, eine Sorte Schinken eine Sorte Käse...

"This hotel is just a short walk from the train station and right in the middle of the bustling city. Just a heads up, the AC is centralized and fixed at one temperature, so if you want it cooler, you'll have to crack open the window a bit. But be warned, it only opens about an inch, and the street noise can get pretty loud. "The owner is wonderful. Drove us to the airport to drop off the car, took us to a restaurant and picked us up later. The room was nice and had a spacious bathroom. The only reason I took off a start is because the room smelled terribly like cigarette smoke (Italians like to smoke). The staff offered air freshening spray, but it didn't help much. There were no other rooms available to switch to. "

"No breakfast at all. No hot water at arrival, no hot water in the morning. Fowl smell in the bathroom. No clean for 6 days. No coffee pods or sugar for 2 days. Very noisy location, far from everything. Not walkable at night. Stay away from this place."
