"Gold Tower was amazing! It was our first time in Italy celebrating our 9 year wedding anniversary and i have nothing bad to say ! It was very clean and staff was always so welcoming and helpful. I’m a breastfeeding mom and although the rooms only had mini fridges , they had no issue properly storing my milk in their freezer during my week stay. The bars, breakfast and restaurant were beautiful and they had great food & awesome drinks . even the DJ played good music. We did the spa a day before...

"‘Remote’ check-in was a first but was seamless and excellently handled, way easier than I anticipated and would actually recommend it everywhere. Property is a short walk from the station and easily accessible to the rest of the city. Breakfast was delicious at the friendly place next door."

"Ineffective check in process. My plane was delayed and arrived at 11pm. No one was there to greet the instructions left on wall outside hotel did not match to open door. We waited 30 to 40 minutes. We knocked, we called property and no response. They charged my bank and I DID NOT STAY at this hotel. Poorly organized."

"Das B&B befindet sich in einer nicht so schönen Lage. Vor der Haustüre waren mehrere Müllkontainer und ein Obdachloser der das Haus bewacht. Der Kontakt mit der Unterkunft lief gut, wir waren recht früh da und konnten über die Nummer an der Türe schnell jemanden erreichen. Check in war noch nicht möglich aber wir konnten netterweise unsere Koffer vor Ort lassen. Eine Reinigungskraft hat uns eingecheckt. Sie war sehr freundlich. Allerdings geht es zu dem B&B erst mal eine lange, enge Treppe nach...

"It was a perfect place, close to the train station, they have elevator, big room, nice restaurant and the staff specially Ginevra was so nice and helpful, we will stay again."

"Overall, a great stay (clean, comfortable beds, air conditioning, and a good shower) and convenient to the train station. The only complaint is that it is not close to the old town of Naples, and you have to walk through some seedy, not-so-nice parts of town to reach the tourist attractions and the city center. We ended up taking a taxi when it was dark to be safe."

"We stayed to be close to the airport, and it was less than 10 minutes. The host met us at the gate and door with keys. It’s hidden off the Main Street so it was a little difficult for taxi driver to find for dropping us off, but not bad once you find that green gate. Very comfortable 1 night stay for us. 1 big bed and 2 bunk beds. Kitchenette. Great hot shower! There are very few places to eat up on the corner, so we walked about 25minutes down to a plaza closer to port with many options....
