The location is very convenient; it’s walkable from many of the key sights, a ten-minute taxi ride from the main train station, and right next to the Duomo metro station. And the staff are welcoming and helpful; they will help with restaurant recommendations, ordering taxis, etc."

No complimentary bottle of wine as listed or breakfast service referenced in other reviews. Room and bathroom were clean but headboard and built in furniture scratched and worn. No mini bar and room safe doesn’t have locking mechanism. The housekeeper, who helped with breakfast was very friendly and gave us our courtesy key to leave our bags in the apartment after our checkout time to come back and collect them before...
