"This boutique hotel came with much more than was noted. All the staff were helpful and kind. The morning continental breakfast was excellent with a huge spread of offerings. At mid day they provide treats for their guests. In the evening they had free wine and a roof top seating area that had a wonderful view of the Harbor. I would highly recommend this place. My only critique is the fact that the bathroom is separated by frosted glass if any one uses the bathroom at night it lights up the...

"Excellent breakfast (although the musak could be maddening). Always helpful staff. We enjoyed our Maltese balcony - once we had worked out how to prop the windows open. East to get to the centre although up a steep road. If you want flat, Valetta is not for you. Thoroughly enjoyable stay."

"Traditional Maltese breakfast included was excellent Evening snacks and drinks (various teas most nights and beer on Saturdays/Wednesdays) All the staff were very friendly and helpful If we return to Malta, this is where we will stay"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All staff were professional, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent a good choice and of a high standard. We also had a very unexpected surprise when we came back to find balloons, birthday card and 2 glasses of prosecco in our room to celebrate my birthday all organised by the hotel, a very lovely and unexpected touch. "This was a beautiful hotel with clean, quiet, spacious rooms. The pool area, with an expansive view of Valetta, is gorgeous, and the hotel is conveniently located near the ferry terminal to Valetta. It's also a reasonably quick cab ride from Mdina and a less-than-30-minute walk to Balluta Bay. I would absolutely stay here again. "

"The main letdown was the quality of the towels - thin and not very white. A/c good. Staff most helpful and recommended good restaurants nearby. Not bothered about the shops."

"Our stay was perfect. The hotel is beautiful. It’s situated a short ferry ride from Valletta making it peaceful away from the noise of the city centre. There are some fab restaurants in the area. Tony and his team go above and beyond making your stay truly memorable. Their mantra is that you leave as friends which is exactly how we felt. Nothing is too much trouble. "Very clean and in a relatively quiet area. We especially appreciated the roof-deck sitting area and the generous supplies of coffee and filtered water. It was nice to have a kitchenette but we could not figure out how to work the oven and stove. The housekeeping staff couldn't figure it out either when we asked them. Perhaps a set of instructions could be supplied."
