"I couldnt have asked for a better place to stay while enjoying my first time in Paris. The staff was both friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the local restaurant that was recommended to us. "I reserved a Superior room for 2 people. Room is clean, has A/C but the room we got the blower in the bathroom was always on. No hair dryer, we had to asked from the front desk. There’s some smell but tolerable. Location is near metros and walkable to some attractions in Paris. Stores for foods and grocery store nearby. Staffs are helpful when ask some questions. Hotel has a small elevator."

"Just got back from our stay. Went for my anniversary. Was no customer service and I paid a big price for little care and understanding. Staff couldn’t be bothered, ended up paying being overpriced and overlooked. Then they wanted me to paid more for a room set up which was £280 on top of my bill for the room I already paid for. Outside was stunning perfect view of the Eiffel Tower. Was impressed. Part from that was left disappointed and heartbroken, for what was meant to be an unforgettable experience between me and my girlfriend. The French was rude and didn’t like the English ! Little fogs don’t stop at the Pullman hotel again !!!!!! Unless your a millionaire and a walk over"

"The room was clean and nice. When we arrived, the front desk attendant stated we only had a reservation for 2 adults. The reservation was booked for 2 adults and 2 children. When l explained to the attendant that it was booked for 4 people, they said that they weren’t able to verify this and that there was no rooms available that night. When the attendant was asked how this issue was going to be resolved, they were very uncaring and unhelpful. Finally they asked for my confirmation. When we went to our room, it was made up and ready for 2 adults and 2 children. Their attitude and unhelpful was not customer friendly."

"Really liked this hotel. Great location - close to the metro and near lots of good eating and shopping, but tucked into a quiet neighborhood, so also quiet and peaceful. Staff was super nice and helpful. Room was small but clean, pretty and comfortable. I never ate the breakfast in the hotel - no need as more pricey and many options nearby."

"We enjoyed our stay here. The room was very clean, although extremely small. The location is perfect, a 3-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and an even shorter walk to the train station. The hotel restaurant was very convenient on a night when we were too tired to leave. The air conditioning wasn't working properly when we arrived, but the staff got it fixed very quickly."
